Firstly, the individual I was working with during my journey is no longer available, which I understand can happen in any business. However, the transition was handled terribly. Instead of offering a smooth handover or ensuring that my needs were firmly addressed, I encountered rudeness and a lack of willingness to assist from the new representative. This lack of support made it challenging for me to understand the next steps in my process.

I wasn’t responded to by my provider for at least two days. I then asked for a refund for the membership portion of my payment for that month. They denied me. Also, the customer service associates and providers both talk to you with pre-made statements. It’s very obvious and made me feel like just another number instead of a human, using a very strong medication and needing a quick and personalized response from someone knowledgeable. And that wasn’t what I received from LifeMD unfortunately. I paused my account for 90 days after that, and decided not to reactivate my membership.

The app has glitches frequently. My meds never get sent to pharmacy on time. I have to contact them every time and ask where are they. They do respond timely when contacted.

Was charged $150 a month for 5 months I had no clue I was being charged. Thought I was just paying for the meds.

Some questionable billing practices have gone on especially when you reach goal and then are on maintenance. I’m being charged now nearly triple from what I was over the summer and since January. Even on the months without medication, they are billing me triple. I questioned them about fraudulent billing practices and a supervisor responded with a nice little prescripted song and dance. May be switching to another company for maintenance as I don’t want to be their rotating ATM.
