I was charged again even after I told this company to cancel my account. They charged me $19 for the weight management portion (that I can’t even use because they canceled my account) I am going to do a stop charge on this company, be very careful. No one ever answers the phone or answers my emails. Now I have no way of taking my credit card payment off

Very unsafe and the nurse I talked to had no idea what she was doing. She just wanted to send me estrogen when I can’t take estrogen and she couldn’t understand why. They do NOT look out for your health. They just push pills

They have repeatedly rescheduled me and I am out of medicine, and it takes days for them to answer a message. Both times they canceled my appointment less than an hour away from it. It is apparent they are chasing monthly subscriptions and once they have you, they do not care about you anymore. There is no way to be serious about your weight loss with a company that doesn't care if you get your medicine.

Stay away from this company. Went through the whole process they said my script was ordered on July 18th, and it still has not been sent. Just like what other people have said their customer service is terrible. Tried to call and just waited and waited. I keep messaging them and no real response.

I am submitting this complaint to document my experience with LifeMD regarding what I believe to be unauthorized billing practices. I contend that my credit card was charged for prescription medication that I did not authorize, order, or receive. After notifying the company about my dispute with these charges and instructing them to stop billing my credit card, I believe that additional charges continued to occur. I respectfully request that your office review whether LifeMD’s billing and subscription practices comply with applicable consumer protection laws. I am asking that this complaint be considered as part of any investigation into potentially unfair or deceptive billing practices affecting consumers. I was charged $149.00 on 6/28/2026 then charged $199.00 on 7/2/2026. I have never talked to anyone and went with this company because I thought it was affordable. This is not affordable on my fixed income and was very misleading. Why was I charged so much?

Be very careful with this company. Customer service is absolutely garbage. Trying to get a refund from them has been a nightmare. Once they get your card they just start charging.. all 4 times I've called the call center they are to busy call back later.. I've gotten through 2 times and both times wait times were 157 minutes.. You can press 1 not lose your place in line i have yet to get a phone call back. Ready to give up and contact my credit and put fraud on them.

I tryed " sleep aid Ramelton for a week, and NOTHING helped using their sleep aid.. I was not happy spending 75.00 dollars since They only take Blue cross, insurance.. I had to pay. Corky Parks, here. Unhappy about Ramelton sleep aid.
