Regarding the renewal, this is an automated system and does not need to be completed unless you want to receive a refill of your medication, and it can be disregarded until you are ready. Our goal is to provide effective and timely support to all our patients, and we are sorry to hear that we have not met your expectations. Please know that all ingredients used in our partnered pharmacies' compounded medications are sourced from FDA-registered manufacturers and are tested for impurities prior to being accepted into the pharmacy. No third-party testing failures have been noted. Our partnered pharmacy is licensed by the Board of Pharmacy in all the states it serves. Our partnered pharmacy is PCAB accredited through the ACHC and is in good standing and current with all accreditation requirements. If you have any questions or need additional assistance, please let us know through your patient portal. We are here to support you and ensure you receive the care and medication you need.

We are so sorry to hear there was a misunderstanding with the cost. It is mentioned a few times during the sign-up process, before submitting your payment, that the cost of medication was not included in the membership cost. We make sure to state this on the website as well to be transparent with our clients; we do understand that sometimes details such as these can often get overlooked, and we are sorry to hear that this may have been the case. Please know that we do offer some plans with the medication included. If you are interested in one of these plans, feel free to give us a call, and one of our representatives would be happy to assist you with this.
