I sent an email to your company with questions I had about your program. First thing this morning Ruslan called and not only answered all of my questions throughly, but also gave additional information that helped me in making the decision to go with LifeMD. He also sent me an email to recap our conversation (which was necessary because I’d forgotten some of the things we discussed. I was set on one particular medication that was very expensive wherever I would have purchased it. He explained another medication and how it was different from the one I was set one. He then laid out the cost of each medications. I sent him another text asking for more clarity. Instead of texting back where I might not have understood he asked my permission to call. I did and he call within minutes and explained everything and answered more questions. I could tell that he was genuinely concerned about what was best for me. I quickly realized that purchasing from LifeMD was the best decision that I could make. He broke everything down to me. He spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone, never rushing me and never made me feel pressured to buy. That was the best customer service I’d experienced! LifeMD is blessed to have him on your team. I will recommend this company to everyone I know that needs GLP-1 medications with the extra services you all provide.
