This company is a scam! I've read reviews on line that confirm my experience. Wish I read these reviews prior to ordering. This company preys on people who have medical conditions, coerces them to purchase drugs that don't work, offers no medical diagnosis, and automatically signs you up for auto-refill, even if you select "one time order". They responded (below) that there is a medical review. HAHAHA!! This consists of answering a few questions online. There is NO visit, even electronically, with a Doc. Their "medical staff" (questionable??) reviews the answers to online questions and prescribes medication. Not too ethical. The medications they're pushing do NOT work! I tried the medication Ramelteon. As many other people note: this medication does NOT work! Beware! In fact, it had the opposite effect. I've read medical articles on this drug's impact on your brain. Beware! Again, this company is underhanded and trying to make money off people who are suffering. Shame on Life MD!!

Please be aware of what seems to be payment for prescription, up front. The verbiage states a six month membership at $370 including prescription. This is not the case. I paid for six months of access and the med will cost around $200 monthly. Shop around. I feel taken advantage of but have to stick around for 6 months until this prescription is covered by my insurance.

This company is illegally issuing prescriptions to fake people. My mom is currently in the hospital due to sleeping pills provided by this company. She apparently signed up for an account using a fake name, and the company issues multiple prescriptions to her using this fake name. I reached out to the company and asked if they verify the users ID before providing prescriptions, and each time they said yes, but this is clearly not the case, as I have several pill bottles from them, all using a name that was made up. Would strongly recommend that people avoid this site at all costs.

If I could give this company one star I would. I was sent a sleep medication that I cannot take because of the side effects and conflict with current meds. When I received their package I returned it UN-OPENED and requested a refund. They are refusing. Look up the BBB reviews. They have a rating of 2.4! Don't do business with them. I filed a complaint with the BBB and contacting every agency I can to file complaints. The company doesn't have a physical address, nor do the pharmacies. Are they getting the meds out of MEXICO or CHINA? Think about it.

This is my second review of LifeMD. I had issues getting my prescription shipped to me last month and as soon as I posted a review they shipped the refill to me. I then reordered a refill on 8/22, never received. No reply to my requests for an update. They posted in my portal a second refill was ordered by doctor on 9/9. I’ve called, I’ve sent messages and no answer to when my refill will ship. They told me they switched pharmacies so refill request had to be sent to new pharmacy. Allegedly expedited by the elusive escalation team yet still no confirmation refill has shipped or tracking number and now once again tomorrow is my injection day and I don’t have any medication. Their customer service team is cordial yet unable to provide assistance. I truly believe they don’t have systems in place to handle the money they take from customers who deserve better service. I will most likely cancel with them if refill not received this week and I’ll go to another company for my prescription.. all I want is my refill to arrive every month on time.

As much as I want to give this company a one-star right now, considering the experience I have had so far, I am doing my best to stay optimistic. I had my initial appointment August 20th and here we are September 14th and I still do not have my first months prescription. I have been in contact with both the prescriber and the front desk help because I thought I was getting ripped off Due to being told multiple times my prescription is in the "final stages of being processed" and apologizing for the delay. I ended up getting angry and asking for them to cancel my subscription and for a refund and today a nice young lady named Elizabeth gave me a call she actually took the time to explain how the process works with the pharmacy however did not make any excuses for how long it has taken which I appreciated... she said unfortunately the pharmacy is closed today due to it being Saturday but is sending them a message to call her first thing Monday to get this sorted out and will make sure to get expedited shipping...she even took it a step further and gave me $100 credit on my bill for everything that has happened. She said when she speaks to the pharmacy Monday she will do what she can to get my prescription shipped out this next week...I appreciate The support I received from Elizabeth and I truly hope she can turn this train wreck around because it was only the call I received from her and a message from a nurse saying this is not a fraudulent company that restored some hope in this process...so we will see what happens next week and I'm hoping the pharmacy can pull it together Well here we are now Thursday the 19th, I spoke with Elizabeth on Tuesday and she had no update for me and was supposed to call me back later that day or Wednesday morning with an update and never did. so I just called and Elizabeth is out of the office due to time differences...However the lady I spoke with still could not tell me why my prescription will be a month delayed as of tomorrow...she told me she will be sending it to escalation to which I replied nicely, "I would appreciate that but I've been told this for weeks now." The woman apologized again and said she is requesting someone give me a call back for an update... this is out of control and so unprofessional, at this point I just want my money back. I'm tired of being left in the dark while you guys play with my emotions... so now you have gone from a four star to a one star

DON’T waste your time and money on Life MD. I am a first time user and ordered Tirzepatide on August 30th. They told me it would arrive within 10-14 days. I followed up on the 10th day because I hadn’t even rcvd shipping information. After a few days of messaging back and forth, they tell me that my medication is on back order and I need to wait an ADDITIONAL 10-14 days for someone to contact me about my order. That’s ridiculous. The next day I rcvd an email notifying me that my membership would automatically renew for $129. How is that fair when I haven’t even rcvd my first dose of medication? I call their helpline and asked for a refund. The lady told me that I would have to discuss that with the pharmacy. I called the pharmacy and to my surprise, they are not taking calls and your only option is to leave a message. I haven’t heard back. Thanks a lot! Don’t waste your time and money like I have. Just a lack of professionalism.
