It has been a struggle to communicate with the people on this site to the point that I filed a BBB complaint at one point. There were 2 months in the first 6 month membership due to poor communication (on their part) that my meds were 2 weeks late. They’ve been better the past few months. Hopefully that means they take feedback to heart & look for ways to improve!! The meds REALLY work!!

Salesperson, Jen, wrongly entered my birthdate, address, and phone number but correctly took my credit card payment. As a result, getting started in their patient portal was a tortuous experience. My 1st interview with medical staff could not be completed due to this same data entry problem. Awaiting 2nd interview attempt with medical staff. Hopeful toward getting weight loss medication!

I did not receive a renewal for my prescription at the end of the month for September for October medication. I just recently received an option for renewal and still haven’t heard back. It says my renewal is pending.

Price need to be cut

This is hard to rate. I love the company, they provide excellent service. Unfortunately, the communications between the departments is not good. I kept having issues with my medications sent to the wrong address regardless of how many times I updated and reached out to customer service.

No refunds, beware.

I appreciate the ability to see a healthcare professional fairly quickly. However, when it comes to your partner pharmacy, the speed at which they move is so slow that it is frustrating. It’s almost time to put in for a renewal and the first prescription has not even been sent. If this is your pharmacy, improve its customer service, if it’s a partner, look at partnering up with another company.

I'm paying not only a lot of money per month for my medication but I'm also paying a subscription fee monthly for no reason. It's not like I'm getting anything out of that subscription except needing to talk to somebody once in a very blue moon if I have an issue obtaining my medication
