Terrible communication, terrible website
I signed up and paid for the medication (they make you pay before they even tell you if you are eligible), went through the questionnaire, then I was told I needed to have an online appointment with a doctor before getting the prescription, but every time I clicked on "book now," I got a pop-up that said "you already have an appointment pending." I messaged them 3 or 4 times over the course of a week trying to find out if they were going to send the med or if they were waiting for me to have the appointment that I couldn't book. I never got a response and there is no way to figure out what is going on with your account on their site. If they are going to take people's money up front, they should show on the site what is happening. Is the questionnaire being reviewed? Has a prescription been written? Is it about to be shipped? Has it been shipped? When will it be shipped? When people have paid hundreds of dollars to a company they've never done business before, they want to know they aren't being scammed. I ended up cancelling since no one would answer me. They did refund my money promptly, so that's one good thing, I guess. I found another company that charged $60 less per month, sends the prescription to my local pharmacy, and did it all in 24 hours with great communication.
