LifeMD is a scam. It took over two weeks to meet the doctor. My appointment with Dr. Holly was literally 3 minutes and I wasn’t approved for GL1, no one told me that I would not get a full refund. I paid $75.00 and was only refunded $35.00 what a ripoff $40.00 for a consultation! Consultation are free.

LifeMD is a scam. I’ve been with them for the better part of a year. Since day one I should have cancelled with them. It took almost a month to get an appointment with the doctor. Took nearly three weeks to get my first prescription after talking to the doctor. Every prescription when I renewed was like pulling teeth to get. You’ll be told different story by everyone you speak to. No one knows what’s happening over there. I promise you LifeMD won’t respond to this review and if they do I’m posting pictures of the conversations.

I made a one time purchase, a month later finding out that they signed me up for a subscription without my permission or knowledge, charges me another $149, then a few days later charges my card another $300, so scammed me out of $450, which is now in dispute with my credit card company because no further purchases were authorized. I called and cancelled the subscription and requested a refund, but that didn't stop them from making another charge if $300 to my credit card. I had to cancel that credit card to get them to stop charging me. They never sent any additional products after the initial shipment but still didn't have any problems charging me. They are completely disreputable and will continue charging you and you get nothing from it either than a credit card debit. DO NOT do business with this disreputable company. Oh, and they will bill it as insurance, so they are also misrepresenting the charges.

My experience with LifeMD has been very disappointing. I joined the service, and they processed my payment on March 9th, 2025. However, I have never received my medication. I have spoken to many representatives who assured me it would be delivered within 14 days of being sent to the pharmacy. However, it has even been processed by the pharmacy for them to 14 days. I have requested a refund, but their website indicates that it may take up to 30 days, further delaying my goals. WOW, do not waste your time with them.

The patient portal makes no sense and is hard to use I canceled my script because they kept telling me the called in a script to my pharmacy for nausea every time I went to pick script pharmacy didn’t have anything for me I was charged $600 for 90 days but didn’t get 90 days worth of injections cancelled my account way before 90 days and still getting emails about how they are going to charge my card in 5 days $600 more dollars this place is a scam

Horrible customer service (if you can even call it that). Been having issues for almost a month their portal and website- both flash “urgent” messages in red “regarding your account” for one sec (that can’t be read or retrieved again). I’ve called their 800# and was rudely told I’m making it up and I contacted the company via messaging and only received scripted messages as responses- each promising a ticket would be open with IT, yet when I follow up, no ticket was opened. They have no problem taking my money and providing no service. Their medical services are mediocre but their customer service is a top 3 worst along with Verizon and Amazon!

They are a scam. It will take six months before they give you the full dose of semaglutide. Even if you have been on it before. If you have gone more than two weeks without a shot then you have to start the whole six month process again. They say it's "FOR YOUR SAFETY". What a joke. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. You will have to pay the full price even though you get 1/10 the dose. What a bunch of scammers.

My first call was with a rep named Melody fix a login issue- now. She was helpful- although after signing up, I discovered that this company is not transparent about costs at all. When you are signing up, you are presented with a small box with cost of 3 months weight loss program at discounted rate. Prior to this cost being proposed, it asked what med I was looking at and believed that to be cost of the 3 month supply of that med at a cost of $335 for 3 months. It’s not until after you’ve already provided your card number etc that you are given any option to schedule an appointment & provide insurance info. So I did that along with downloading the app. Once that was done, they sent info to schedule labs etc. I did that. While checking my appt info the day before- I discovered by searching costs that it’s $75 a month for the weight loss program and then says medication not included. So I was confused bc what was $335 for? $75x3 = $225. What they don’t make clear is there is no discount for 3 months. It’s a discount for first month. The math still doesn’t math- they intentionally confuse you with these costs & alleged discounts when in fact none of it adds up. And you are still blindsided by the fact that what you thought was the initial $335 3 month trial of meds- it’s not. None of that is apparent to you until after you’ve given your credit card information. To top it off- I looked at my credit card and LifeMD has 2 not 1 pending charges of $335 on my card. I’m still waiting on someone to contact me back on that. I’ve already made it clear CANCEL AND REFUND ALL MY MONEY. I’ve not had any services and cancelled the appointment one day after scheduling it.
