Horrible company! They drag you along for months and never send the medication but charge you outrageous prices. This company is a fraud! They will be nice to you to get your money and get you started but as many other customers say in their reviews, after a few months, they will not send you medication and you will start gaining weight again and they will just ignore you. I canceled my membership after one month of nothing!

I took my last prescription 2 weeks ago and I requested a refill 20 days ago, there has not been any communication on their part but an email prior to my renewal payment of almost 800 dls saying I did not needed to do anything, I called them, l messaged them , l even tried to get their attention on social media and it seems nobody cares, this is absolutely absurd and beyond appalling that they would make their patients wait this long, absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed, I cancelled my subscription through my credit card, because they can’t be bothered reaching out to their customers, I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I had high hopes when signing up with LifeMD for weight loss support, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable. Despite paying for services, including a prescription that was supposedly part of the plan, the doctor has been withholding it without explanation. Repeated messages have gone unanswered, and trying to book an appointment has been impossible – the next available slot is over 60 days out. What’s even more concerning is the lack of professionalism and privacy. I’ve received what I would describe as harassing follow-ups, and it’s clear they are not handling patient information with the level of confidentiality one should expect from a healthcare provider. This is not just a case of poor customer service – it feels like a serious disregard for patient care and ethics. I would strongly caution anyone considering LifeMD to think twice before trusting them with your health or personal information.

Have been using life md to get prescriptions for zepbound and progressively getting worse customer service. Submitted renewal and have been waiting ten days for response. Started gaining a little weight back and am very upset that what used to take a couple of days is now going on two weeks.

So frustrated - I try to login and leave a message and either have no luck logging in or when I do, then I send a message and no one bothers to respond and no refill requests are being provided so after a month I've been ghosted and yet I am still being billed... UGH

I was excited about their program, seems the most cost effective. It was until I paid for 6 months, the dr.appointment went from 1 week to 2 weeks. When I asked for a refund, no replies. I read some negative reviews but then, I thought it couldn't be that bad. However, the service is terrible, no dr. appointment times, hidden 19/per month fee for membership. You are not guarenteed anything. This company's website is also out dated for 2023 for return policy. Buyers beware.

I signed up for LifeMD because they advertised they could prescribe a specific medication I needed. After paying, I was connected with a provider quickly who immediately told me they don’t prescribe that medication and ended the chat before I could even ask a single question. When I requested a refund, I received a canned response saying my account would be canceled at the end of the billing period—no refund, no accountability, no actual service rendered. This company is misleading at best and predatory at worst. Avoid at all costs.

Customer support is HORRIBLE!!! I purchased their scale for $149. It has not worked since I’ve gotten it. I called several time and left several messages about getting help to get it to work. ALL unanswered. Then I requested a return label to send it back. More calls and more messages sent. STILL NO return label sent as of today. Going on three weeks now. All I get is ‘We’ve escalated this issue …. Then CRICKETS. Soooo DO NOT purchase any product you will want a refund on!!!! Guess I’ll have to pay to send it back and hope they do the RIGHT THING and refund my money.
