I got nothing for it the money I paid. Just a runaround. Didn't see a doctor no information at the time of my appointment with information about how to log in. Absolutely nothing.

They are very good in the beginning setting up my initial appointment to prescribe weight loss medication, taking my money, and a timely first prescription. I have had to wait and message this company every other day to remind them to renew my medication. They require you to submit a renewal request two weeks before the prescription is due to be renewed (either because they don't have enough providers, time or care for the people that they are supposed to be helping), however you can never submit their required questionnaire two weeks in advance to try and help them and also to try and help yourself so that you don't run out of medication. I have been trying to use this service for 4 months and the last 3 months it has been dreadful trying to get them to refill a medication that they have previously ordered. It just does not make any sense.

They are a real business, at first ok, then the longer you have them the "CARE TEAM" DOESN'T REALLY CARE, don't respond for up to a week, forget about getting a prescription refilled, you will talk to everyone and their mother but nothing will be done, you will be out of meds and beg for them to send in a script, guess what, they will be working on it..... sending to some person or department, a week later still nothing. Don't waste your money, go to your family doctor for anything you think you will get from them!!

Was told that I was signed up for a monthly subscription and that the product would be automatically sent out to me. $675 later, I received. ONE VILE. Cancelled and will tell EVERYONE I KNOW WHAT A SCAM THIS COMPANY IS.

Long delays for required appointments to renew prescriptions. Appointments cancelled after confirming delaying services even further. Slow to respond if a response is given at all. If a response is received at all it is auto-generated. Phone calls are supposed to be returned in 24 hours, I called twice and have not received a call back yet. Complete disregard of customer care and services. Do not sign up to use this service.

THIS COMPANY IS COMMITTING FRAUD AND A SCAM THEY SAY THEY WILL TAKE CERTAIN AMOUNT CHARGE DOUBLE DRAIN YOUR ACCOUNT BEFORE APPROVAL! NO RESPONSE TO MESSAGES. ACCORDING TO ACCOUNT I'M TO RESPOND TO DR QUESTIONS BUT NONE CAME IN NO ONE OPENS MY MESSAGES AND IF ITS REAL FDA APPROVED IT WOULD BE UNDER INSURANCE

Horrific scam. Issue 1: signed up for weight loss and was given only a one month prescription although my insurance allowed for 6 months. Issue 2: I contacted the company 3 weeks ago letting them know I needed to renew my prescription because I was going to be traveling out of the country. After 5 messages and 2 phone calls to LifeMD, I am still waiting for my renewal and boarding my flight without my meds. I will use my primary care doctor from now on.

Initially it was good. I was able to get appts with the same provider as I wanted. Lots of system problems. Things don’t upload, info doesn’t save. It’s been a shtshow since literally day one. Fast forward to my renewal. They charge me $744 and I IMMEDIATELY have issues with them. Rxs aren’t being called in, my provider is no longer available and the response time from the “care team” is atrocious. I’ve literally been BEGGING them for help. Rxs are constantly late. No one cares. “We understand your frustration”. No, you don’t. I PAY YOU FOR A SERVICE UP FRONT and the service doesn’t exist. Go to another provider. A real Dr. but stay away from this company. It’s overpriced and you don’t get service. Why do people think it’s ok to take a medication “consistently” when it’s NOT BEING PRESCRIBED CONSISTENTLY?! There is always at LEAST a 1 week gap between months. There is no accountability.
