This feels like a scam. I paid $160 for the lab test, doctor appointment, and treatment, but only received a $59 refund. During the appointment, the provider told me I no longer met the weight requirement to continue — something that could’ve been checked beforehand since I submitted my weight when I signed up. I had lost about 2kg by the time of the appointment, and in a 2-minute call, they canceled everything and kept most of my payment. I never received a refund for the lab test or the rest of the services I paid for. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

I’ve been dealing with some customer service issues at LifeMD, and while everything seemed to be on track, I woke up this morning to find my account had been canceled—without my consent or any prior notice. The worst part? It was canceled by someone I hadn’t even been speaking with, and all I was trying to do was get a simple refill process for my prescription. Catherine Lomuas, the person responsible for canceling my account, is clearly incompetent. She has no idea how to do her job, and it’s beyond frustrating that someone like her has the power to cancel accounts without any warning. Everything could have been taken care of on Thursday when I had my appointment scheduled, but instead, Catherine decided to cancel my account, which led to my appointment disappearing from the system. Now, I can’t even get another appointment for over a month. This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. LifeMD should really rethink who they have handling customer accounts and prescriptions because this experience has left me completely dissatisfied. I will be taking my business elsewhere and would not recommend LifeMD to anyone based on my experience.

A few months ago, my review would have been much higher, but the communication has been inconsistent and weeks between responses. AND, they keep shifting compound pharmacies and now are telling me I have to pay the pharmacy direct (which I found out from the pharmacy, not LifeMD). This has all been happening here March thru June and my last prescription was mid-March and was underfilled. No longer a good experience. Find another resource! I did.

Save yourself the headache. They will happily take your money and then not provide communication or services. I have been battling them for the last 4 weeks. They continue to not communicate with me which results in me constantly calling in for updates. Now, 4 weeks later, after numerous promises from them to ship the medication and even more empty apologies for the delay, I’m told they can’t ship to my state and I will have to pay a pharmacy directly for the meds. So much time has passed, that I have regressed and now have to start the medication over from square one. They said via the portal they issued a refund, but I certainly have not gotten any confirmation of this - no email or formal statement, nor does my bank have any record of a refund being processed or pending. Very infuriating. I can’t believe they are getting away with this. I’m beyond frustrated.

Horrific company! Read up and make sure you know if your state allows meds to be shipped because they will take your money knowing you can’t receive these meds. They want to ship everything from them so they can run the price up significantly. Best bet is to see a local Dr, use a coupon code and you can get 3 month supplies for $30. Don’t be scammed by these people when there are better and more cost effective options!!!

I called three times trying to change my prescription. No one seems to be able to do it. I also emailed support and my doctor. No response from either. I guess I will just use OTC and other methods for what I need. I really for the life of me cannot understand why simply changing a prescription is so difficult, and the lack of response is beyond frustrating.

I was/am on the weight management plan for close to 6 months with no problems. Then for two consecutive months I waited for my renewals to get placed by the care team the first time was 3 weeks past my renewal date, then a second month in a row with now 3 weeks and counting without a renewal. I keep getting "apologies for the delay," but no resolve whatsoever. I have since gained weight back and will not be renewing my membership moving forward.
