I would give no stars if I could! First,getting my first dose was a very long wait but I know how popular it is so I was patient. But the second shipment I was charged and never delivered. I sent email and it took days to respond. I did it again after they said it was a little behind,agin nothing for days. This was after I was charged and they would look into charge and delay,again nothing. This was end of May! DO NOT TRUST!

During initial conversation I had to give my Credit card number and was told I would be charged when I had my initial eval. After thinking about taking a shot, I texted back the rep and indicated I would not be going forward. $79 was still taken from my credit along with $149 for the first month, even though I never met with anyone. I have demanded my money back, as I never authorized service and was told they only refund within 30 days. It took over one month to even get someone to reply to emails about my concerns, but I have not received any sort of return of authorized charges to my credit card.

I have been with LifeMD since January. Communication and service is very poor. Refills should be automatic but I have to spend two weeks fighting with Customer Service to have the refill sent to the pharmacy (it used to be automatic). I made an appointment to meet with a doctor and it was cancelled, rescheduled for two weeks later, then the doctor didn't show. Terrible service! Don't use Life MD.

The app seemed ok until I had a visit with NP Rebecca Smith Mingus. Very rude & unprofessional. This provider was the worst of the worst. Ended up getting a refund.

If I could I would give them negative stars - this is a SCAM THEY HAVE TAKEN MONEY FROM ME AND I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING….. They where not even sending me monthly billing statement but still charging me. I’m going to be taking legal action to get my money back because they said they wouldn’t refund me. DO Not Use there services people!!!

Be more transparent about the fees and what the astounding $335.35 covers. It reads as if that fee covers the cost of the weight loss shot for a month. Not true. Only the Dr fee there. Also notice when a customer does cancel there appt. And get that refund amount of over $335 refunded back asap. And your customer service help line is the worst. I called over 20 times on different days and times … had to stay on hold for hours and then when prompted to leave my callback number…. I never not once received a call back. Hands down the worst. Not a good experience at all other that the CS guy Jason B that finally helped me and got my refund and subscription cancelled.

Tried the compound tripeptide and lost no weight after paying for it for 3 months. I asked for a refund which they advertise and was told that they can't refund my money because I used the medication. Of course I used it. That's the point!
