Do not use these people. I scheduled an appointment, as advertised “less than 60 minutes” and never got a call. But they sure hit my account for that money and this was my FIRST TIME SIGNING UP with them. Glad I found out before getting in to deep with them. I had to track them down through a portal message. When they did finally respond they said I’d have to SCHEDULE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT when I’d already paid for this one that they hadn’t made good on. I took screenshots of the messages and my appointment date/time and sent it to their patient care team via email as well as the BBB. Go to the BBB website and look at all the reviews for this company. They are scammers NO DOUBT!

I’m DONE with LifeMD
I’m sad about this review, because things started so well with this company. But I am beyond disappointed with my experience at LifeMD. When I first signed up, the monthly cost for my medication and membership was fixed at $200. That was the figure presented to me — and it was a major factor in my decision to join.
The reality? That went well for about 3 months. Then…all the sudden…I had to pay the new pharmacy directly, my cost jumped to $379. My medication alone shot up to $250 per month, plus LifeMD’s $129 monthly membership fee. That’s a far cry from what I was told to expect. I was told, in an email, which I have saved, that even though I would have to pay the new pharmacy directly, nothing would change. How funny when I go to pay the pharmacy directly and my medication/shipping is $250. That’s not including the monthly membership I was still going to be charged, which was $129. I know the smart people at LifeMD can do math. $250+$129 is $379 per month. Not $200. The price I was told I would pay. EACH MONTH.
To be fair, a very kind representative named Will was able to lower my LifeMD fee to $99 per month, and I appreciate his professionalism. But even with that discount, the overall cost is still outrageous compared to what was promised. The lack of transparency in pricing feels deceptive, and I feel misled and poorly treated as a paying customer.
I’ve now found a different company that is more honest, more direct, and far better to work with — and guess what? I don’t even have to pay the pharmacy separately. It’s straightforward, affordable, and exactly what I was looking for in the first place.
I am cancelling my LifeMD membership immediately. My advice? Be very cautious before signing up — the price you think you’re paying is not the price you’ll actually be charged.

Horrible experience overall!
Within minutes of ordering this I tried to reach out to the doctor several times to cancel the order because I saw the side effects and didn’t want to take the chance of experiencing them. Of course, they were quick to communicate when I was in the middle of ordering, but when I wanted to cancel, they took their sweet time. once they finally contacted me, they said it was too late to cancel and get a refund. I received them and decided to try one pill, and it was the worst experience of my life! I had a horrific nightmare of which my husband had to wake me up from. I spent $240 for a horrible experience! I didn’t sleep at all that night, except for the one hour that I had the horrible nightmare and total body vibrations.
I feel like they deliberately delayed reaching back out to me so that they could tell me it was too late to stop it and get a refund. Awful medication and poor customer service. :(

I told them I was on a higher dose
I told them I was on a higher dose. They told me what I would pay. When I made an appointment they charged me the $75.00 then told me it was going to be $120.00 more since im on a higher dose but they knew that before the appointment. So they lied to me. I cant get my $75.00 back go with IVIM much better company. They wont lie to you.

Way better options out there
My first appointment was with a nurse practitioner. She was friendly and explained what medications they offered. No problems with shipping the meds. I had significant side effects: nausea, constipation, shakiness (like I get if I don’t eat for several hours, but I was eating on schedule. I am not diabetic). I stuck with it for a few weeks, then the effects got worse. When it was time to renew a round of meds, I reported the side effects via the required questionnaire. Because I indicated I had side effects, it would not let me renew without another visit with the provider, but the soonest visit was far beyond the time when I would have needed to order a refill to avoid stopping and starting the meds (which they had said not to do). Messages to the provider and “front office” either went unanswered or took several days to get responses. Then we had some family issues that required my time and attention.
So I gave up. Several months later I tried again, thinking maybe I would try tirzepatide instead of semaglutide, and would also ask for more information on strategies for avoiding the extreme shakiness. Foolishly, I used LifeMD again, because they had some recent, more positive reviews. This time the provider was Dr. Ben Wallace, who was dismissive, saying the extreme shakiness is “just the way it is when you’re losing weight.” Having lost 50 pounds before trying meds to lose more, I knew this was not true. He had no suggestions, nothing to offer except saying semaglutide would not have caused my symptoms (huh? They’re commonly listed as side effects of semaglutide). He was pretty condescending in general. News flash: being overweight does not make one dumb. Now I’m using a different company and voila! They have had plenty of suggestions for managing the side effects and actually respond to my questions! And I’m still getting emails from LifeMD wanting me to update my credit card when I confirmed cancellation of my subscription-twice- months ago.

LifeMD is a very scam-ish website.
LifeMD is a very scam-ish website.
I've paid over $1500 to them and have not ever received any medication.
Additionally, they make it very difficult to cancel your subscription. You have to hunt through their legal terms and conditions to find you either have to call a specific phone number or send an email to a specific address. Even then I still had to cancel through my credit card company.
In short, I paid over $1500 for nothing.
