Not worth the money
Not worth the money, you talk to a nurse and still pay a fortune for the meds. I wouldn’t try this. After paying the membership the meds are about 1000 or more. They won’t refund the membership either. This is a scam.

Beware if you think this subscription covers the cost of your GlP-1 medication
If you are getting GLP-1 the $350+ subscription is only for the doctor to write a prescription. Beware! That does not include the cost of medication like other companies such as Remedy. Don’t fall for it like I did. They will say it’s in the terms and conditions and I’m sure it is but they know consumers don’t read them and they don’t do a great job to alert you to truly what you are getting for your money. This is telehealth company not a supplier of GLP-1 meds. If you have a doctor they can write your prescription. If you want compounded meds online there are companies who do it for much less that include the telemedicine, prescription and medication.

Not extremely happy:(
I have not had a great experience with LifeMD. The app doesn't always work and I have had to reach out on multiple occasions via the App to get my refills. It sometimes takes 3-5 days for someone to get back to me. I would think a company that charges a fee for their services would have better customer service. I was recently told the best way get customer service is to schedule an appt. with the prescribing dr., but it does take a few weeks to get an appointment. I will definitely be looking elsewhere to continue on my medication.

Extremely disappointed with the…
Extremely disappointed with the service. They are very hard to contact once you pay the membership. No response to messages. excessive hold times and medication does not seem to work. My Dr. is now 20 minutes late and counting.

Life MD uses fraudulent practices
Life MD uses fraudulent practices. They have shipped me their vitamin supplement for sleep without my authorization. I tried the first bottle and it was ineffective. They shipped a second bottle for $120 without my authorization. Getting a hold of customer service took three days and hours of waiting on hold. The customer service people were completely unhelpful. They read their statements of a boiler plate response and their attitude was they could care less about the patient or their fraudulent practices.

Not in Massachusetts
Semaglutide does not ship to Massachusetts. This is a disappointment.

Disappointed
I got nothing but a tele-appointment with the doctor. Didn't know my insurance need a PA no help with that. Just never heard back from anyone.
