The ease and convenience of the app was excellent. The actual communication with a live person was the harder part. ONCE that happened though, the shipping of the medication and check ups were fine. Overall, very happy with my experience.

LifeMD has created a process for helping people take control of their healthcare decisions with medical guidance. It’s on my time as well, so I don’t have to take off work or carve out time for in person or virtual appointments. While I appreciate this freedom, the only improvement I would suggest is to provide more initial communication and support. Validation of being ‘on the right track’ or needing to make adjustments just gives patients that much more confidence to continue in a healthier direction.

Im still learning, how you operate. Ive been learn how your application works how to to find out if my health insurance policy appoved aleast some payment. Right nowbit looks like Im paying the whole amount. IM LOOSING WEIGHT SLOWLY MY WEIGHT GOES UP ONE LB DOWN AND THEN ITS 2 LB UP AND DOWN BACK TO DOWN. I DO SEE MY CLOTHES FITING . BETTER.

Life MD helped me and my husband get back to our high school weight! The providers are efficient and make sure to answer every question you’ve got to avoid back and forth chats. They provide quick and efficient service that is also compassionate and empathetic to my concerns and needs. I have regular Primary MD through my health insurance, but having Life MD is who I choose to trust for my GLP-1 regimen. No long waits to see a provider and they’re there whenever you need them. I get responses to my messages within 24 hours! There was a hiccup in sending my last prescription to the wrong pharmacy but the LifeMD team was all over it and considerate about owning the mistake, yet ready and willing to jump in to correct it. I trust LifeMD providers and hope you will too! I highly recommend this service to everyone I know!
