Expensive for what it is…
My rating is of the business and how it operates. When I’m actually able to get a hold of someone, my interactions are pleasant. I’ve been paying the monthly membership fee for 10 months, for the stated benefits of “appointment booking online” and “simple prescription renewals”. They say they also give you the ability to “track health metrics” but this is really just showing me data that I enter myself anyway. For the past two weeks I have been trying to get my prescription renewed. On Feb 14 I initiated contact. On Feb 17 someone got back to me. On Feb 19 I responded with the requested information. On Feb 20 the NP said they renewed my prescription - but it seemed like they didn’t read the information I provided regarding the dose and pharmacy. On Feb 20 I replied that what was provided wasn’t what I needed. On Feb 24 I followed up again, having not received a response. On Feb 25 I was told that my request was forwarded to the provider, and that I should schedule a follow up appointment through the patient portal. I went to the patient portal and was told that no appointments are open for the next 60 days, I should call. On Feb 26 I called, was on hold for 30 mins, then a robot said someone would call me back and hung up. Every month is a flip of the coin, whether you’ll get what you paid for or be scammed out of that money. It’s time for me to move on from LifeMD.
