Not the easiest experience, only marginally cheaper than RO. Appointments available are at least a week away, the 6 month payment is taken at once and no refund possible so you are stuck with a mediocre service for 6 months at least. I gave it 2 stars only because the lady I spoke to seemed at least concerned and interested in my program and results, but the entire experience needs an overhaul.

I got pink eye and signed up with lifemd to get a prescription to deal with it. Someone got with me quickly, but when we hit a technical hitch (site didn't recognize my ID photo upload) they disappeared and nobody got back with me for DAYS. Waste of money.

The medical side of things is great. The billing department is deceptive and unclear. I've been trying to get clarity and correct pricing from billing for over a month. Will not recommend to others.

NO customer service at all. You call and there always busy. Want a number to call you back however NO ONE ever call back. Was sent tracking for prescription. I received the medication before I received tracking. Portal is t update very often at all. Messages go days without a response.

I was experiencing side effects from using GLP1 medication and sent several emails and messages on the app and no one ever got back to me. I have decided to quit taking the medication.

The advertising is very deceptive. They do NOT give you a full refund if unsatisfied. The prices are false. They tack on several other fees whether you opt for services or not. The med prices are for 1 month but you are locked in and then they double!!! I realized this right away and tried to unsubscribe. I ended up paying $150 for services never rendered and never ordered meds!

If you have any questions it’s ridiculously hard to get any response. I also cancelled and I’m still getting charged random fees.

Don't recommend: The subscription is expensive, which is additional to what you will pay for the prescription. Customer service is awful, it takes weeks for a response through the portal, I have called several times and can't get through and always miss the call back. Now I am attempting to cancel, I am 3 weeks delayed in receiving my prescription.
