It is a scam. Do not give them your money. It says that GPL starts out at 75.00, but that is not true- it's a monthly non refundable no matter what membership fee. Then you hav to pay 3-400.00 or more monthly for the medication! It's completely misleading and they will not apologize for the language and scamming you out of your money.. Run the other way. Do not believe all the 4 or 5 stars- it's to off-set the negatives of what they are not telling you- if they sound like cheerleaders, then they are.

I have made 5 attempts to reach out to LifeMD regarding my medication. My medication was overnighted by the pharmacy and FedEx delivered it to the wrong address. I filed a complaint with them and they said they would re-attempt deliver. I told them that the medication has to be refrigerated and it would be no good. Somehow they found the medication and delivered it the next evening. When I opened it, it was room temperature. FedEx stated I need to reach out to the shipper. I called the pharmacy and they confirmed that FedEx did not follow guidelines for shipping, but the new order would have to come from Life MD. Since Saturday I have sent 5 messages and 1 phone call, no response. I pay entirely too much for the membership and medication for this level of customer service. And this negates any positive experience prior, because this is medication, this is lack of response and urgency, this is my money.

Charged my card before meeting with NP on video call. Been waiting on video call for over a hour and nobody never answered. Sent messages no reply. Scam

The monthly fees were high and after speaking with a doctor I didn’t have any medical conditions that would qualify the GLP shots to be covered by my insurance

My experience started great but then a Communication gap between next steps and current status began. After 24 days since payment was satisfied, I have yet to receive tracking info or current status.

Choose not to renew the prescipiton and BEWARE of Membership fees. Choose a different company. Customer success team could not care less!! There are better sites to purchase GLP-1 that are not MEMBERSHIP based.

They charged me $450 for expired medicine. I contacted them about their error and they refused to provide me a refund or replacement. This is a dishonest company and you can get the same medicine elsewhere for less than half of what they charge. Save your hard earned money and don’t waste your time with these thieves.

I no longer wish to use this service. Third time i have ask to be disenrolled. Yet you still charge me.
