Beware
Somewhere during the initial signup, I must have missed that I was actually paying for a “membership.” The process made it seem as though I was purchasing the medication itself, and I wasn’t able to view or compare pricing for other products until after I paid. Very misleading. Their emails and text messages were persistent—which I didn’t mind—and I eventually scheduled an appointment with an RN. Unfortunately, the telehealth platform didn’t work on their end, so the nurse had to call me directly. After going through all the health questions, she informed me that my payment was for a three-month membership, and that the medication would be an additional cost. I explained that I thought I had already paid for the medication. She gave me a number for customer service. I called immediately and requested a refund. After being put on hold, the representative returned and told me the refund was issued. The next day, I saw that only a partial refund had been processed. When I called back, I was told they do not give full refunds. Shame on them.
