I had to call because I haven’t been receiving my prescription until I run out. Which is a huge problem! I have recently looked into using a different company all together because this has been an ongoing issue. I called customer support and a very sweet woman named Phylis answered the call and was very polite and said she was going to put expedited shipping on my order to try and get it to me before I run out. I explained to her that I have been having issues this year with the pharmacy not getting my prescription to me before I run out. She did everything in her power to help but the rest of the company needs to get it together or they will be losing a customer! Thank you Phyllis for your excellent service they are very lucky to have a employee like you.
