Prescribed me at a micro dose rate; typically used as a maintenance dose; so I essentially lost 5lbs in 3 months. Took money from my account, after I canceled. Won't give me access to my records, unless they receive authorization from a PCP. This program is a scam.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They charged my credit card without my approval and sent unsolicited medicine that I never ordered to a different Pharmacy. I've been working through my insurance. Someone named Michelle Everhart, NP sent this order without my consent, and they said, they won't give me back the money!!! This is fraudulent behavior and completely unacceptable. Customers should be able to trust that their payment information will not be misused, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. I strongly advise others to be cautious before doing business with them.

The nurse/saleperson I spoke with was NOT sympathetic or empathetic at all. It seemed like she hated her job. She said I qualified & was going to send in a Preauthorization to my Insurance company & I would hear back in a week. I haven't heard from anyone.

Very disappointed in my experience with life him deep. They signed me up for an automatic renewal did never told me they were gonna debit my account in and it kept charging me without my knowledge. They knew that I had not logged in over six months really bad business practices

When I stopped getting the medication six months ago or more, I was kept enrolled in this program. I was charged on my health savings account by the way, which is freaking illegal when you don’t receive any medical services and you’re charging the health savings account. I stopped getting the medication because I could no longer afford $400 a month. But you want to keep charging me a fee just because I have my name in your system. That’s bullshit. And I will report this to the Better Business Bureau, law-enforcement, and anyone else that will listen. Especially the fact that this fee will not be returned to me on my health savings account, that will be the big issue that I report. I had no problem with your services prior, but charging me a fee when I have not received or talk to anyone about any medication And at least six months. That is fraud and I will report that to Medicare as well. Medicare the health insurance agencies anyone that will listen. Thank you for your non-service.

Misleading information, the way they advertised, you only paying for the medications every month, they don’t include in there advertising that membership 149 every month and plus the medication itself and if you decide to upgrade your dosage in the next month , you will paying almost 300 to 400 a month , how you are saving money on that policy , and aside from that paying 75 dollar Infront for your first medication , I never received my medication that they promised , cancel as soon I found out that I need to pay membership every month but I did not receive the 75 back , because they said the doctor in there website talk to me already , I just let it go , so beware , aside from medication , you will pay 145 every month plus the medications .

It is difficult to work with the providers. It seems that I get a new provider every time I set an appointment cause my previous one is no longer with the company. I had to alert them when there was a processing error on their end and there was no sense of urgency to get it resolved. I missed a dose of medication because of their slowness to respond.

This company (LifeMD) as a scam... First they will charge you very low for fee and then will keep you charging for multiple subscriptions without your knowledge. They won't even provide you their legal address. The phone number helpline is not answered for 1 hour . They don't even reply to emails.
