They forced me to keep a compromised vial.
I was very happy with my medication/pharmacy and on my last order the vial came being out of the ziplock and no LifeMd identification, I thought it was weird and saw that on the vial info it came from a new pharmacy and it didn’t have my prescriber physician listed neither, since the presentation was shady I wasn’t sure if it was meant to be for me. I googled this place, the look of this facility it’s scary in comparison with my previous location, they even have gambling machines and dirty shelves, full bad reviews for awful sanitation and safety, I got scared because I did not signed up for this. I kept sourcing about this pharmacy and found out a lawsuit, and legal issues towards sanitation, at this point I was glad I was skeptical about using this vial. I expressed my concern to LifeMD team several times and they all were answering generic text about all they compounding pharmacy are all within regulations and they can’t do anything about it. I recommend them to have a meeting with that pharmacy to go over presentation and safety protocols. Based on the generic answer they did not care. The explained they are nto doing business with my previous pharmacy anymore when I requested to be assigned back to it. Out of all this I didn’t ask for this awful experience, I just wanted to return this shady vial and get a replacement from a better reputable pharmacy with all the lifeMD packaging branding in order to feel safe to put the medication I am getting on my body, nothing crazy and they said they can’t take the vial back, neither refund or send me a non compromised replacement to make it right for me as costumer. Instead the offered me a branded one for an extra fee. I don’t know if all this was a sales technique to get me to sign up for a more expensive prescription while I was happy with what I had before they changed my pharmacy. The main reason I decided to enroll in LifeMD and paid extra over other non subscription based businesses was because I was looking for safety over savings and it is very disappointing to see how they didn’t took care of me with something as simple as assigning me to a new well reputable pharmacy and replacing my compromised vial for a safe one. I Lost my money for choosing to be safe, that wasn’t fair, it wasn’t my fault.
