I spoke with Shanta Williams. She was awesome ! She exceeding my expectations. She explain to me the important of drinking water, exercises, and portion control. Now I know that we have to break our childhood trauma on how we were raise in the South and the food we use to eat. Shanta and I similar. We both were raise in the south and she understood me and was very impressed with our conversation. She motived me to not quit and to keep on pushing to my goal. I will and will not stop until I reach it. Now, I know the important to drink water and to stay dehydrated.. Thank you for being on the LifeMD team. They have a good one. Don't ever leave them. I haven't started the injections yet however the initial consult call went very well. She clearly explained the process and outlined expectations, and was very easy to talk to. Scheduling process was seamless.

While I was disappointed to learn that there was an error in processing my medication shipment, I am grateful for the thorough and constructive communication I received from Jasmine. I had called multiple times to no avail, just being told that there was “a delay”. Jasmine took the extra step to contact a supervisor despite no one being on site and identified the problem that no one else could identify. Her assistance convinced me to stay with LifeMD and give them another chance. Jasmine is the best!
