I have been calling LifeMd for several days and talked to many different employees, but the service I received from Dajah V was unmatched! She was diligent, knowledgeable, and honestly very reassuring during a time when my faith is this company was at an all time low. Her ability to communicate- even when I started off as not so friendly- was a sign of an exemplary employee!

I have met with two different providers so far and have felt heard and seen. Following the dosages and dietary and nutrition guidelines for GLP-1 medications and Optavia I feel in control and like I'm getting great results.

NP Cornier was on time and very friendly. I am an RN and she spoke to me in a professional manner and answered my questions. She made sure I knew the copay for my medication would be $348.96 / month and let me know about other options if that was too expensive. She spoke to me on a personal level and did not talk down to me.
