Melody was extremely helpful and was very nice on the phone. Ironically she had assisted me on Monday when I called and she remembered my name. And as with the assistance today on Monday she was just as helpful-she looked into my issue and it took a few minutes - Melody returned to the phone to let me know what was happening so I didn’t feel like I had gotten lost.

customer service representative was…great
customer service representative was great (Melody). She answered all of my questions about complex medications in a way I could understand. She showed great customer serve by phone with a s smile 😃.

Great doctors, great product, some delays in shipping
Jennifer is amazing--knowledgable, informative, and also has a great comforting manner. The first dose took a while to get here, and apparently, there are currently delays in general, but the level of service and the price compared to other providers will make up for the delay, and we need to plan ahead a bit. I am very happy with my experience and have found that this works better than any other product I have ever used for weight management and is so easy because it is only once weekly.

Jennifer is awesome
Your representative Jennifer should be commended. She not only saved a customer, but she’s very knowledgeable in her job function. She found a couple of issues with my account. We got those corrected. We got an appointment made for me. She was outstanding great job!
