Jennifer was beyond informative and helpful. She helped me better understand points of confusion caused by unclear advertising and confirmed a 100% refund for pending charges against my checking account. She is very much an asset to this company and deserves high praise and recognition for the excellent customer service that she provides. She also provided additional information about the monthly service option that I will perhaps consider in the future.
