From the first minute of my call, Lisa has been an angel! She has gone above and beyond to ensure I am happy and comfortable with my investment in LifeMD for my weight loss journey. Her kindness, knowledge, support and patience is a exemplary of a true professional that believes in their product and service. Additionally, my brief encounters with Jennifer and the other associates have been very pleasant and positive, as well. Finally, my initial appt with Dr. Banita did not disappoint. She was friendly, provide an in-depth explanation of how the program works and ensured all my questions were answered and I was prepared for this weight loss journey. Thank you, LifeMD, for assembling such an outstanding team!

Kenisha was wonderful! I have been trying to talk with the customer service department about issues with my prescriptions not being filled and excessively late and the customer service department doesn't really care nor do they understand what the serious physical ramifications can happen when there is a long lapse in receiving prescription refills. Kenisha was great and helpful and very knowledgeable and informative. The regular customer service staff needs to be trained properly to, at the very least, have some understanding of the importance and serious medical issues that can be caused by a lapse in these prescriptions. They really are not equipped with the knowledge they should have and until today, I wasn't even told that I could speak with a medical assistant. I should have been offered this months ago instead of constantly having to call because my prescriptions are always weeks behind. This time I was 5 days shy of a month with no prescription. That's inexcusable. If I wasn't so very familiar with this medication and were to go that long without it then jump in and take full doses I could be very sick. Even so far as as to go into a hypoglycemic coma. This is a no-brainer that all the staff, medical or not, need to understand these medications and take their jobs and the concerns of the patients seriously. The pharmacy that is currently being used is substandard at best and a liability to this company and it's doctors. Not even bothering to fill prescription until 20 days after they receive the prescription order is negligent and incompetent. Thank you Kenisha for your help, care, concern and absolute professionalism.
