No one responds to you when you need assistance. I’ve waited on hold for over 30 minutes only to leave my phone number for a call back that never came. My pharmacy has been waiting for a prior authorization from them to fill my rx for over 3 days. I’ve message on the portal but no one responds. Very frustrating and makes me wonder if anyone works there?

Horrible Customer Service, they don't respond. I have asked for help with my account and the billing department chooses not to respond or be helpful.

They changed me $249 for weight loss program. I did not use any services or have a consultation. After charging me I found out the medication was not included and when I ask for a refund, they refused. Be careful of lifemd they are very deceptive. Now I am out $249 and received nothing.

I cancelled my membership in early November 2025, and received a cancellation confirmation via email. I was charged the $249 monthly fee, and was charged several overdraft fees totaling more than $150 since I was not aware that the fee was removed from my bank. Took me more than 2 weeks to get just the $249 back, and LifeMd refused to reimburse me the overdraft fees. I had my cancellation letter! Then it happened again for December 2025! After several messages in their portal, and emails, I was locked out of the LifeMd portal and absolutely NO RESPONSES back from their billing staff. I went to the bank and changed my debit card information and placed a dispute for the new unauthorized payment! For January 2026, I have received 4 emails from LifeMd that my membership fee had been denied by the bank, and they have NOT responded to my email response to each of their requests! These people are CROOKS and customer service obviously do not know what they are doing. If this is the kind of Billing issues that customers are facing, then GET OUT NOW and make sure to change your Billing account credit card and debit physically with the bank. LifeMd will cancel your membership, but they will continue to BILL YOU without authorization! BEWARE of this COMPANY!

I had a consultation 7 days ago. The provider consulted me; said they would send my prescription to my pharmacy. Pharmacy reached out for provider approval; no reply. I have messaged several times; called twice; NO REPLY TO EITHER. Still no medication; still no correspondence.

Typical bait and switch company. The initial sign up makes you think you're signing up for prescriptions. Wrong, they sign you up for their $335 membership that lasts 3 months. Not once in the sign up process did it say it was for a membership, they make it fully appear its for prescriptions. To complete signup, you have to hit "COMPLETE MY ORDER". They charge your card immediately and then you find out they baited you into their membership and you'll still have to pay $200 for a prescription. This is a shady business with shady practices. Be careful! They only wanted to refund me half and I didnt even meet with a doctor, but they somehow made a FedEx label for my prescription? Which never got delivered even though it said it would be delivered. I was going to refuse the package but I genuinely believe they never shipped anything. It stayed in the same spot for days but kept saying it would be to me by the end of the day. I'm also convinced the positive reviews are fake here. It seems Trustpilot is just as untrustworthy as LifeMD. Be cautious!! Check BBB for real reviews and experiences.

Shame! Would not give a refund after it turns out that I could not take the medication. I am in no need of the membership. This is why I have health insurance and my own Dr's. I rate less than 1 star.

An order for my prescription was reviewed and accepted January 10, 2026 and still as of today no email or medication. I have messaged several times and only got one response saying if it was not in by January 26th then email back to notify them, I did what was told to me this Monday and have not received medication or a email on updates. I am very unhappy with LifeMd and would like to see if there can be a refund back to my FSA card because nothing has been done for me
