Disappointed. I signed up to get my Wegovy pills. I noticed trying to get through to someone is very difficult. They accidentally canceled my account and are trying to get a refill has been a BIG challenge. I need to find another company.

I asked to continue my prescription for $249 monthly. They denied my request and wanted to charge $349 monthly. Obviously money over customer service. Ridiculous

I’ve been reaching out to Care team and the front desk. No one response in regards to my prescription in a timely manner. I’ve reached from 5/6 to 5/9 and no response. I just need my prescription sent to my local pharmacy. My friend is suggesting I switch to RO as she is receiving great responses and assistance.

This is exactly the situation that all of us that are desperate to lose weight are suspicious of. I thought I was signing up for six months of the Wegovy pill ($447), but come to find out, it didn't include the meds, that's an additional $249/month. I'm giving them 2 stars because when I talked to customer service, they said they would refund my $447. We'll see if they actually do it but I can dispute it with my credit card.

I didn’t know there was a membership fee to purchase prescriptions tried to get a refund was told I couldn’t because the prescription had been written then the prescription was 1.5 mg

I don’t feel that my needs have been taken care of or addressed recently. My weight has been at a plateau and I have requested appointments for this. I need my insurance reassessed. I need my authorization (PA) completed. I missed the last two refills of my prescription and had to remind them in the app. I’m just disappointed, not only in my progress, but in the diligence of LifeMD

Customer service is a mess, talk to 3 different people get 3 different answers. Shipping is fast, but seemingly noone there can give you a straight answer on pricing
