Sorry I even had to use 1 star
Sorry I even had to use 1 star. DO NOT fall for this fine print/hidden charge scam. $39 ad and then $830 of charges within the first month. But they do apologize for the hidden fees and that they should be more up front. Find a reputable company...

Signed up
Signed up, charged before even seeing the full pricing detail - ok my fault user error so I went in to my online account and closed my account. Continued to receive a charge for an additional 8 months after canceling. Sent multiple emails to their customer/account service email, zero response. Called and they finally acknowledged I was being charged after my cancelation but could not provide me with a confirmation the account was now actively being cancelled and no additional charges would be made. Terrible customer service and shady business practices.

Complete and utter scam!
Complete and utter scam, they took my $80 and then didn’t show up for the appointment. I’ve gone to their alleged, “portal“ and sent no fewer than five different messages asking them when we are going to reschedule and I’ve had no response. At this point, I am charging back the $80 from my bank. I advise you to not do business with this company.
UPDATE: Their response to this review is erroneous and dishonest, they it was, "Resolved" on 9/7, this is NOT TRUE! I have received no email, no message to reschedule and NO REFUND!

Terrible Company, Terrible Customer Service
I ordered Wegovy pills twice and they never worked. I cancelled my subscription and Life MD continued to pull money from my account. Now, they are dragging their feet to reimburse me over $1,200.00. This company is terrible.

Prescriptions Not Sent, Refunds Not Issued
I truly believe that LifeMD is operating a known scam, and they’re able to get away with it through confusing business practices while continuously charging your account. Myself, my mother, and my sister have all used this service and experienced similar issues. Every month, $300 is subtracted from your account, but the medication is never sent. Then, a form is filled out to “request” your prescription, but most of the time for me, the prescription is never sent. I have messages in my account where I said “my prescription never arrived” with no response. Chats go unanswered or a call is required. There’s always a reason - maybe you need to have a virtual doctor check in and no one alerted you. Maybe there was an issue with delivery. Regardless, until multiple points of contact are made, the account is still charged and the prescription is not sent, but now, you’re outside the 3 day window online for reimbursement.
Additionally, they told my mother that she was able to get 3 months sent to her at a time for a lower fee. I requested that subscription plan, and I was told verbatim that “they’d never heard of that” and “she must be with another provider”. Both of us go through LifeMD.
The first time I called to escalate the issue, I was offered and accepted account credits. This time, I was extended a partial refund, because they still ‘retained my membership” during that time, with 0 services rendered. I would like my money back. LifeMD is not a charitable organization - they are a business whose membership avails you to obtaining a prescription. If no prescription is made available, no services for “membership” were rendered, and they should be held to the full reimbursement of the charge.

Medications never arrived, but charged for them, plus pointless consult fee.
I paid $79 for an online physician consult. After reviewing my symptoms, the physician told me he would order 2 prescriptions and lab work, and that I should expect the medications in about a week. I never received the medications.
I contacted customer service multiple times over the following weeks. I was told the issue was being escalated, then that the prescriptions had been resent to the their pharmacy and expedited, and later that the physician had been contacted again to resend them. Despite all of that, nothing arrived.
Eventually I asked to cancel everything and requested refunds. I was told the medication charges would be refunded, but they would not refund the $79 consult fee. I was then told that the prescriptions were on the way to me, so I said I was fine paying the fee if I was actually going to receive what had been ordered. I still never received the medications.
After repeatedly trying to resolve this directly, I disputed the $79 charge with my credit-card. I gave this company multiple opportunities to correct the problem before disputing the charge. The repeated assurances that things had been sent or resent when I ultimately received nothing left me extremely frustrated and uncomfortable with the way this was handled. I would not use this service again.

Approved for the program and then told I was not eligible.
It sounded great initially and I was excited to begin. I filled out the questionnaires and it said I was a good candidate so I went ahead with the appointment. The clinician was late for the appointment and then quickly told me I was NOT eligible because of a history of something that I had included in my medical history. It was a waste of my time. They did offer three medication’s instead of one, but they would not have been as effective and likely would’ve cost more. I will continue elsewhere and hope not to have any financial issues like others have had with this program and trying to discontinue.
Response from LifeMDSep 3, 2026
