I had the pleasure of speaking with Lisa. She has to be one of the most kind hearted person I have spoken with in a while. I appreciate how she took the time to answer all of my questions and the concerns that I had as I was about to give up before I got started good. She gave me the best deal for my money and let me know what was to come as well. I didn't feel like I was just being thrown to the wolves with no information. Communication is definitely key and she did just that. She made me smile a few times as I was first very disappointed and discouraged. I honestly just felt like a number on a piece of paper but she took her time to hear me out and I appreciate that.Lisa also provided me with her direct number and let me know that if I had any questions, it didn't matter how small to give her a call.I loved how she also provided extra info regarding the handling of the medication and apps to set up as well. She didn't have to go into all of that. She exceeded my expectations of customer service. I sincerely hope and pray that my journey with Life MD goes well from this day forward.
