When I first signed up for Life MD ,and had my first visit I felt like they know me,they really care and if something wasn’t working they would help figure out what would work. I ran into some financial issues and dreaded So bad calling to cancel I thought they would be rude or try to get me not to cancel…but Kaylan H made me so Comfortable and was so understanding that I told her I will not hesitate to come back when I get thru this tough spot.

I found their customer support superb. I responded to an email from the co-founder, Stefan and he answered immediately on a Sunday! Now it's 9:30 on Monday morning and my issue has been resolved!
