I can not get in touch with anyone Have not received my prescription

Been waiting 3 weeks for the to send a pre authorization to my insurance and nothing i call them they tell me they did i call my insurance and they have not received anything from them

You never sent product

The response times when messaging through the company site are terrible. I have been waiting for 3 days so far for a response to a question I submitted through the patient portal. I have also been waiting a week to find out the status of my patient intake and prescription request. Still waiting, it's expensive and the excessive time gaps between responses are unacceptable.

Warning to Potential Customers I want to share my experience so others can avoid the confusion and frustration I went through. I was charged $149 for a “membership” that I did not knowingly sign up for. I believed I was paying for medications, not enrolling in a health plan or monthly membership. This was never made clear at the time of payment. My first and only contact with a doctor occurred on 1/29. Within hours of that consultation, I contacted the company to report the billing issue and explain that I was confused about what I had been charged for. At this point, only one week had passed since the consult, and no ongoing services had been provided to me. Despite this, I was still billed for a full month of membership, even though no additional services were rendered and I immediately raised the issue once I became aware of the charge. I had to formally dispute the charge and request a refund, asking the company to explain what services they claimed were provided during this “membership” period. If you are considering this company, be extremely careful and review all charges closely. Make sure you fully understand whether you are paying for medications, a consultation, or a recurring membership fee. My experience suggests that billing may not be transparent, and obtaining a refund can require additional effort. I hope this helps others make a more informed decision.

Update: finally got in touch with someone at LifeMD and I did get my refund for the membership cost. Don’t know why it was so hard to reach someone at the company but they eventually made it right. Absolutely terrible experience. With the price of the 6 month membership I thought that meds were included. After waiting almost 3 weeks for my virtual appointment I found out that they were not included. I contacted the company via email to try and get reimbursed since I canceled the weight loss program and they will not respond. This company is misleading and will not contact you back if you have an issue. STAY AWAY!!!

I would like to get my money back, It has been a while that I first reach out to you, I had a consultation with a nurse I think it was and up to now have not received anything. Just please send my money back. I already made an appointment with my personal physician.

I was charged 129.00 for prescriptions and program fee in December got my meds the beginning of January started taking them then had a visit with one of their physicians who recommended a different weight loss medication. All the pricing he told me was completely incorrect but I'm the meantime I was charged for my refills of the original meds. It has taken me since the 26th of January and after several in app messages, phone calls and emails to get a phone call from customer service to be told they don't refund medication when there is a discounted bundle that includes their program fee and medications. I'm out $129.00. Not like big pharma stealing from us now so are these other companies.
