I expressed interest in the program and even went so far as to provide my card number. A phone consult was scheduled but I cancelled the appointment TWICE. Absolutely nothing happened. Received my statement from my card company today and was shocked to see I was charged $75.00 anyway. Be careful of their unjustified charges.

Fraud company scammers will steal your money no customer service nobody answers the phone they don't resolve problems they sell you what they want to sell you not what you actually order and their product is not actually real it's fake

Started off ok. Then they conveniently are too busy to respond to your requests. Such as needing a refill. Soonest appointment to speak to someone is 8 days out. Then if approved it can take another 10 days to receive your order which will completely screw up my medication schedule. App says Dr.’s are online now and once I click on that a message pops up saying no Dr.s are available for 60 DAYS!!!! I paid for 6 months and I’m only in my 1st month. I’ll be disputing this with my credit card company if there is not a response QUICK!

I was billed and couldn't reach anyone to get a refund. I was billed with no purchase. Couldn't cancel the appointment that was scheduled and support sucks. No one responded. I was billed 349.00 for nothing! Don't use this service.

I enrolled in November 2025(did not realize there was a month fee of $149 no matter what service you use. Canceled my membership in January 2026 but they continued to bill my account a fee of $19 for NO SERVICES!!! Be careful with this site.

Bought a sleep medication which was prescribed by one of their physicians. It was worthless. I tried it , and 4 other people I know also tried it. Nothing. It’s called Ramelteon and it’s snake oil. When I complained they said pound salt and by the way you have an ongoing subscription for this stuff. Don’t fall for their sleep meds. And beware that you are signing up for a monthly obligation. The first sign of internet piracy. No refunds no questions.

Filled out the required data on line and then decided not to follow thru. They charged my debit card and provided no services of any kind.

They are using deceptive marketing and website tactics to get people to buy their membership when they believe they are purchasing the actual products on the webpages. However you have to pay a ton more money than they even advertise for the medication itself. When you try to get ahold of someone to get a refund they will not answer nor call you back or return emails. They clearly know what they are doing is deceptive and so many people have falling victim to it looking at all the reviews online. They will tell you that you can have the medication for more than half the price that actually comes up once you pay the membership and sign up. Untrustworthy and scam artists covered up in misleading webpages. Would not recommend using them unless you want to be out almost a grand for one months worth of GLP-1s. There are much better and cheaper companies!
