I am delighted to provide feedback about my recent experience with Kinny. He has been the most instrumental and supportive person since joining LifeMD in the Spring. I have worked in healthcare for almost 30 years and acknowledge this is a new platform for patients and providers. Prior to my help from Kinny, I had faced ongoing issues with the technology and service to address several matters. I was about to cancel my subscription and decided to make a call to the 866 number noted on the website in a desperate attempt to resolve my challenges. He was attentive and incredibly understanding - while also validating my frustrations. Thanks to his knowledge and service minded approach, he was able to resolve the long standing account issue and facilitated a solution that exceeded my expectations. Thanks Kinny!
