In the beginning I really didn't know much about the process. I knew I needed to do something asap. My health was deteriorating. My obesity was spinning out of control. Co-morbidities lining up, hypertension,diabetes, degenerative spine, knees destroyed with the extra weight. Bladder issues from weight, incontinence, swollen feet, shortness of breath, and chronic pain. Confidence destroyed,mental health filled with depression. I didn't want to be at another medical appointment. Another dr being distant, judgemental. Life md did that for me , positive feedback, simply saying my goal wright was obtainable. No ifs ands or buts.I could do it in a reasonable time. Wow!, I believed them . The simplicity was there. You can do this. I'm doing it. Yes it is possible to win this with the injections I do every week. I look forward to my Friday shot. Happy to do it knowing it's saving my life.
