Melody H was wonderful!
Melody H was absolutely amazing to speak with. Very professional yet extremely personable. She was thorough in her explanations and listened to my concerns. I felt listened to and that my issues were addressed and she was and would work hard to make sure they were resolved. She made a very unfortunate fraud situation a bit easier to deal with. She is definitely a wonderful asset to LifeMd and its clients. Thank you Melody for all of your help and understanding! It means more to me during this difficult time than I can explain!
