I signed up. Did other paperwork had trouble verifying multiple times, but they were quick to charge me three times. I have a photo and proof and no reimbursements never got any medicines. Why was I charged three times without verification? Or no dr appt ? horrible customer service nobody gets back to you.

Was charged for 6 months of membership thinking I was paying for medication. Falsely advertised. Cancelled membership and still haven't received a refund as promised.

Very difficult to get in contact with customer service. Made multiple calls with hold times of over 25 minutes, left call back twice with no call back. Alot of confusion when needed to get rx refilled. Pass me to the pharmacy, who passed me back to LifeMd. Horrible experience.

Does not respond to messages. I sent them several messages asking questions and they never responded.

Save yourself the headache. LifeMD is a scam company. They take your money, then it takes them 5-23 days to respond to messages. You read that right: TWENTY-THREE DAYS TO RESPOND TO A MESSAGE Average response times were 1-2 days as recently as 2 months ago, but they must've fired 90% of their staff because I sent a message on 2/18 that didn't get a response 'til 3/12. I genuinely assumed they had shut down without notifying their patients until I got that message. (Edited 3/13: Got my dates wrong, updated accordingly.)

Submitted information and waited the 6 hours for prescription to be processed. It takes up to 48 hours to process and up to 7 days to receive. Asked for a refund 6 hours after purchase and all sales are final. O one had processed my order. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I have paid for my refill RX about 2 weeks ago with no update on when it will be received. I have sent 4-5 messages thru their portal with one response saying it has been escalated. Very poor support but they made sure to take the payment etc..
