The ease of the whole process- Dr appts are fast but thorough, refills are easy, the weight loss plan is simple, and it works. Unfortunately, due to job loss I had to suspend my plan for now, but will reopen when I find new employment. Kayla was extremely helpful and understanding, and gave me options to review in 2 months.
