Customer service and the website were not useful. Time to get prescriptions originally filled and then refilled aweful.

I called over 3 months ago to try and get an appointment. Their site kept crashing, spent about an hour trying to get through that way. Then called and called. I never got an appointment. I was promised an appointment but never got it. And a month later I see that they charge my debit card for a service I did not get. I sent them an email. To add insult to injury. They also help themselves to a subscription fee which I did not authorize as well. Till this day I am continually getting emails from them stating I don't have to do nothing. They will just take the money automatically out of my account. So I had to shut my account down, and continue to get these emails. They will not refund my money as promised on the phone. For an appointment I never got, I have spent hours trying to get a refund from. I have reported this doctor to the board. And will continue to do this

They upped my dosage even when I asked them not to, they take 2-3 days to response to messages and they lack bedside manner.

I have been taking the tablet form of Waygovy from LifeMD for the past 3 months. I have lost a total of 4 pounds and gained back 3 with progressively higher dosages according to LifeMD. I have been absolutely clinical in administering the “medication”. It has become apparent that something is very wrong with these tablets. I am switching to the injections in the hope of better results, albeit, a higher cost… This company is dangerously close to being outed as a scam in my opinion.
