It works, it really works. The pounds come off, gradually, and you do have to be disciplined about what you eat. I lost 20 pounds in 6 months. The doctors and staff are warm and professional, and I have not had any serious problems with LifeMD. Side effects for the medication for me were nausea, and it was minor and subsided after I was on the medication for a month.
