Great experience
I like the medical staff and the online communication process for prescriptions and medical advise. The Zoom system seems to be getting better but it might just be me learning the process better. One area to improve on would be the support for determining the cost of the weight loss medications. I had a very hard time figuring out what coupon was/was not being used. My pharmacy, insurance company and medication manufacturer all gave diff answers. Eventually I found the problem but I did it on my own. LifeMD could be a gamechanger if you offered a service to aid patients for issues like this....no one else seems to fill this void.
