Misleading practices, extremely slow responses. Customer care made false promises, kept money. Definitely would avoid.

They stole from me! They charged me $300 for a vial of tirzepatide that was not a significant amount for my dosage for a month. After constant back and forth communication, me sending them pictures of the vial and my syringes, they said they never received the pictures and that I am not eligible for a replacement vial. I asked for a refund since they were not willing to part with a replacement and was told my membership was cancelled and that I was not eligible for a refund. These folks are scamming the community out of money with less product. DO NOT use this online company for your GLP-1. They are terrible and not even willing to negotiate a proper solution for my problem.

I have reached out to LifeMD on several occasions because I am unable to continue my medication/weight loss medication survey in the app. I have refreshed the app. I have updated the app but to no avail I cannot contact you via this method. I have sent email after email. LifeMD has taken money out of my bank account for the cost of my medication, but I have not received my medication. If someone does not reach out to me, I end of business today I will be canceling my subscription.

I made a one time purchase only to find out one month later when I noticed the same charge, that there is a monthly subscription. I called and asked to cancel the transaction but they refused.

Spend hundreds on a subscription. Then when you need to get refills it takes weeks to get an appointment, then weeks to get shipment. Overall, I have spent 2 months total on wait times on appointments and shipments for a very expensive subscription. Very disappointed, will be going elsewhere from now on.

Terrible communication, I cancelled the service and they owe me $54. Still waiting on the refund to my credit card. One of the founders emailed me for feedback, I told him the same thing and still haven’t received a response.

I am currently taking Zebound prescribed by my endocrinologist without any negative issues. I have type I diabetes. Lifemd.com states that type 1 diabetics cannot be treated for weight loss by glp 1 Zepbound. This is completely false and this website should not be trusted.

Do NOT subscribe to this service. I have been billed for 3 months and received no meds. Difficult to get ahold of. Cancelled my membership and when I asked for refund for the months I did not receive meds my call was disconnected
