Melody was so helpful and kind. I had been researching what I wanted to do and was unsure. If she hadn't been so polite, kind and funny I wouldn't have chosen LifeMD. I appreciate the human aspect and the ease at which the conversation flowed. First time I was ever sad that a customer service call was over.

I LOVE my nurse practitioner, Heather. She always listens and answers any and all questions, not to mention she is easy to talk to. Making appointments are easy, medications get delivered fast and promptly. I have had a great experience all around!!
