Very expensive; per she have a monthly membership fee and then you have to pay for the shot and it's expensive so when Insurance doesn't pay for it for whatever reason you're paying basically twice in one month. I've been so dissatisfied with the cost and the side effects, but I'm seriously thinking about dropping out.

Medicine was sent monthly on time. I spoke with a PA who reached out to me and was pleased with our conversation. This was my first month.

Always there to answer my question and to renew prescription. On line renewal needs to be looked at. It doesn't work.

My problem was identified, corrected and new shipment getting delivered today. Please fix your app to prevent it from sending constant messages that inform you need to schedule consult, when you already have one schedule.its confusing and annoying, especially when you are referred right back to the app. Thanks

The only problem I have had is with signing in and when I go back in the site I sometimes get thrown out of the system. Otherwise it seems great.

4 stars only because I haven’t started the treatment plan yet, but my experience so far has been very positive. Staci was extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable moving forward. At first I thought the call was spam, but I’m glad I answered!

Even though they had not been too much communication between us I know that the communication is there they inform me every month and find out what my condition is and their monitoring my weight they had been punctual and attentive and has always messaged me even if I did not message him back right away for now thank you very much there's been no problems
