The meds are great, delivered on time at the appropriate temperature and they work as expected. The billing has been wrong 2 out of 3 payments. Started as 2 months at $249 and months 3 should have been $399. Month 1 was $249. Months 2 was $399. They gave me a credit for month 3, so it should have been $249, but it was $349 and then I got an adjustment +$10. I have no idea what they are doing in the billing department.

Been spending days/weeks trying to get someone to help with my account, being charged but can't book appointments and chat has refered me to have to call in, I called in twice , sat on hold for over 30 min, never picked up. Requested an automated call back on my third call, and a day later still haven't received one.

Price for my Wegovy pills went up $100 per month with no notice. And, the payment for an "offer" of a one year commitment in with a discounted price was not explained clearly. My bank account was drained of nearly $2900 when I agreed to the plan. I have asked for my original plan to be reinstated but my bank account has yet to be restored.

Phone. Operator did not disclose call would be from the east coast and the scheduled time was not the time zone we are in. Very confusing for the customer :(

In general, I find it difficult to get assistance. The app is not intuitive. The only people that are helpful is the customer reps when you call. There is always confusion when ordering a prescription and receipt takes a long time. Also, I am being charged more than was agreed upon for my monthly subscription. There is a fee each time you have a medical consultation.

The meeting started on time, prescription changed. Provider uninterested, flat, bored, dismissive.

Unable to reach a person to talk to. Unable to cancel appointment.

i called, was put on hold 30 min then disconnected before anyone responded. sent a message with inquiry about my perscription..the response was to cancel everything! not what i wanted!
