You charged my card. I never seen a doctor. Never got meds. I reached out and nothing was done. When I try to login in you state that I already have an account but yet I can’t get in. I gave you my info and asked for help and no one has responded

LIFE MD IS A SCAM!!!!!!! LIFE MD IS A SCAM!!!!! THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME A REFUND!!!! THEY ARE ILLEGALLY KEEPING MY PAYMENT INFO ON THEIR WE SITE!!!!!! Life MD Charged me $149 which does not include medications and it was not explained to me. I asked for a refund. They said no. I want my billing information from their website but they won’t allow me to.

Credit card cannot be removed from account, ever! Can't cancel membership that i didn't sign up for. No notice beforehand that meds will ship. Customer service says they will refund but never happens.
