Katherine was amazing and very patient, answering all of my questions not once but twice! I originally talked with her and she provided all the specifics of the program, answered my questions and was patient as I wasn't yet ready to make a decision. I called back a few days later to ask additional questions and she once again very patient, answered all my questions and was the reason I decided to give this a try.
