The DO I spoke with was more informative the the local NP I used. Is was an easy process to speak to a DO just a little wait time to get to the appointment. Overall the DO was nice and helpful! Look forward to working with LifeMD

“I had a billing issue and spoke with several employees, but Shawana truly stood out. Her professionalism, expertise, and dedication went above and beyond. I was frustrated and definitely ready to cancel due to phoning in 5 times previously to resolve this same billing issue.
