Katherine was great to work with!

Katherine was great to work with. She explained all the plans in detail and took my insurance information to try to get the drug I'm interested in covered by my insurance. She said the authorization department works hard to try to get it pre-authorized To be covered. I work in medical billing for a weight loss clinic out of state and I know that it’s a plan exclusion for my BCBS plan so I don’t really have a lot of hope in it being covered but she still said they will give it a go and at least try for me. I appreciate the effort and you never know… some people work miracles! I can’t Wait for my appointment with the doctor so I can get my medication and start my weight-loss journey. Years ago I had weight loss surgery and had both the lap band which I was extremely successful with but it was too tight for years and it was causing esophageal erosion so I converted to the gastric sleeve a few years later after gaining all my weight back and with this surgery, I was not as successful. I had lost a little bit of weight, but I gained some of it back through poor eating habits, resurfacing, and stretching my pouch. I think the Ozempic injection will be the exact thing I need to get me back on track to Successful weight, loss and healthy eating again.

Phyliss was fantastic
Phyliss was fantastic. She took the time to understand why I was calling and she came up to a solution very quickly I may add. She is truly an asset to the customer service team. She was so pleasant too. I felt like I was talking to somebody I knew.

My initial interview with Dr Asunta Monduthagam
My initial interview with Dr. Asunta Moduthagam was thorough, and she made me feel comfortable communicating my medical problems and desire to lose weight. I was sceptical about whether LifeMD was a reputable medical company; Dr. Asunta put my fears at bay.

Katherine was direct and helpful
Katherine K was direct and honest in providing me information and options. There was no sales pressure. She was pleasant and supportive. All of this helped build trust in starting an unknown journey. Also, LifeMD website, but more importantly the human customer service of Katherine, have been very simple to use- not a lot of rigermarole or irrelevant steps.
